Pepperoni Roll order need to be picked up tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept 5th by the end of practice. Please collect any outstanding balances.

Pepperoni Roll orders are due today, August 31st. Please turn in all orders before the end of the day. Orders will be available for pick-up on Sept 5th.

We will be traveling to Myrtle Beach May 12-14. For those students attending, your 2nd payment of $100 is due on Friday, April 21st, and your final payment of $100 is due on Wednesday, May 10th. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable. Hotel information and itinerary TBA

The SHS Band is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win 2 WVU Football 2017 Season Tickets or $1000 in cash. Tickets are $5 each. Drawing will be held on June 17th. Each student has been given 20 tickets to sell. Due date TBA

The band will be traveling to Herbert Hoover this Friday, Oct 7th for a football game. We will meet at SHS at 6pm, and depart by bus no later than 6:30pm. Dress for this performance is warm-up, band shoes, black sock, and band shirt. We should arrive back at SHS some time between 10:30-11pm. Students will be in contact upon our departure from HHHS.

On Saturday, Oct 8th we will be traveling to Marshall University for the Tri-State Marching Band Festival. Report time for students is 7:50am at SHS. We perform at 11:30am, and awards are scheduled for 2:45pm. We should arrive back at SHS between 4:30-5:15pm. Students will be in contact with you upon our departure from MU.

We will be cleaning out the concession stand on August 6th (time TBA). Please contact me if you would be able to help out.

Century Resource fundraisers were distributed to students on Tuesday, April 19th. Please collect all money upfront. Order are due on May 2nd. Orders will be delivered May 23rd. Please make an effort to participate in this fundraiser. As the year draws to a close we have seen less and less students participating in fundraisers.

Our annual Spring Rummage Sale will be held this Saturday, April 23rd, at the SHS Cafeteria from 8am-2pm. We will be setting up and taking donations on Friday evening from 5pm-8pm. If you have any items that you would like to donate, please drop them off on Friday. All unsold items will be donated to the Salvation Army. Students have been assigned to work the car wash at Advance Auto with Mr. Layman on Saturday from 8am-2pm. We will also be selling hot dogs on Saturday.
